For the past eight years, we've worked closely with children on the autism spectrum — children who often struggled to express their thoughts, needs, and emotions.
We witnessed how the absence of a communication system could lead to frustration, challenging behaviors, and heartbreak for parents who simply wanted to understand their child.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), we've seen firsthand how communication and behavior are deeply connected. When a child can't express themselves, behavior becomes their language. When they gain the right tools, those behaviors transform into communication, confidence, and connection.
In our therapy sessions, we focused on building functional communication — helping children use meaningful words and visuals to connect with the world around them. But we realized that many were still missing something essential: a clear verbal model and consistent repetition beyond therapy sessions, giving them the chance to communicate anytime, anywhere.
That realization inspired us to create Sawti, which means “my voice.”
Sawti bridges the gap between what a child wants to say and the tools available to help them say it.
Simplicity is our motto. Every feature in Sawti is crafted with the child and parent in mind. We empower communication across home, school, and therapy settings.
When a child can communicate, everything changes — behavior improves, confidence grows, and connection begins.
We've tried every app, chart, and PEC system out there, but nothing has made communication easier than Sawti. Finally, our clients can express their wants, needs, and ideas without waiting for us to interpret or guess. It's incredible to watch them gain independence and confidence just by having access to the right tools.

How does a Sawti tablet encourage verbal communication?
Each card in a Sawti tablet plays a verbal model when tapped, allowing users to consistently hear and associate the spoken word with its corresponding picture and action. This repetition supports language comprehension and word imitation. Sawti also includes ABA-based features such as the focus on functional communication, visual supports, delayed prompting options, and emotional regulation tools.
